Important Instructions Regarding Course Assignment Booklets

Students are required to submit their Course Assignment Booklet inside the examination hall and sign the submission record according to the following schedule:

• First Year: Wednesday, May 20

• Second Year: Thursday, May 21

• Third Year: Saturday, May 23

• Fourth Year: Sunday, May 24

• The booklet must be submitted as a single package, with all subjects fastened together using one staple. Individual subjects must not be submitted separately.

• Any student who fails to submit the Course Assignment Booklet will be considered absent from the Course Assignment assessment.

For students in the Arabic Program and the English Program:

Any student repeating a course from a previous academic year is not required to take the Course Assignment assessment for that course.

Example:

A third-year student who is repeating the Governmental and National Accounting course from the second year is not eligible to take the Course Assignment assessment for that course.

However, students enrolled in the academic programs are required to complete the Course Assignment assessment for all registered courses, including those carried over from previous academic years.
